Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched every Saturday from our Lagos studio. Orders placed by Friday 6pm ship the same week — anything later goes out the following Saturday.
Standard vs Express
- Standard: dispatched Saturday, delivered within your zone's estimate.
- Express (Lagos only): 24–48 hour delivery, available at checkout for an additional fee.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS with tracking details. You can also view live status in My Orders.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails (no one to receive, wrong address), our courier will contact you to reschedule. After two failed attempts, the order is returned to our studio and a re-delivery fee applies.
